I had a great stay at this hotel with its clean and comfortable accommodations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The location is perfect, situated in a nice neighborhood close to the city center and several attractions. On the downside, the breakfast could have used more options since it often ran out of items. Overall, great value for money!

The service was outstanding! The staff was always polite and ready to assist with recommendations and even helped arrange transportation to the Dead Sea. However, I was a bit frustrated when they claimed my credit card company required a $20 deposit.

While the dining options included both Arabic and Continental cuisine, breakfast could have been better. It started at 7 am, but often there were items missing, which was a letdown.

The facilities were decent, but nothing particularly stood out as luxurious. I didn't get to use the pool, but I did see that it was well-maintained.

I had a decent stay at the hotel, which had some great features like spacious rooms and a friendly staff. The location was safe and quiet, perfect for a business trip. However, the room still smelled like smoke even though I was given a non-smoking one, which was a letdown. The breakfast spread was quite limited too, but overall, I felt it was good value for money.

The hotel is located in a very safe and quiet area on Shat Al Arab, which is great for exploring local restaurants. The rooms were clean, but we had a bit of a hiccup with the shower head, though it was promptly fixed the next morning. The staff was friendly and helpful, arranging transport and even a takeaway breakfast for us. Dining options were decent but not the freshest compared to other places we visited in Jordan. Overall, it’s a great value for money with a few minor issues.
